developed in 1990 to be included the liquid (NPK) fertilizers,
and in 1995 the institution had a new advanced stage in manufacturing
liquid fertilizers, cooperating with Tessenderlo Kerley (U.S.A.-
Belgium) to produce the specialized (NPK+TE) fertilizers to
suit each plant's growth stage by various formulas: Thiosulfate
balanced high Potassium, as well as high Phosphor.
Starting the pesticides manufacturing, firstly the public
health pesticides in 1978 by a local trade mark and developed
to be included (EC) formulations by under license from Mittchel
Cotts Ltd. 1992, or by a local trade mark cooperating with
FMC(U.S.A.).
The Institution began to produce the Rodenticides in 1985
in the form of powder, and pellets in 1994. The production
of animal health pesticides by a local trade mark or under
license from Novartis (Switzerland) and the agricultural powder
pesticides started in 1994. Then (EC) formulations in 2000.
Pesticides Manufacturing Process:
The production of pesticide achieved by the following product
lines:
1- Liquid pesticides packing and manufacturing unit.
2- Solid pesticides packing and manufacturing unit.
Fertilizers Manufacturing Process:
The production of fertilizers achieved by the following product
lines:
1- Concentrated or suspended fertilizers unit: completed Macronutrients(NPK)
and Micronutrients (Fe, Cu, Mg, B, Zn, Mo, Ni, Co…) according
to a different fertilizers' or by a chelated Micronutrients
mixture and single formulations.
2- Solid fertilizers chelated Micronutrients unit.
The Quality Control Process:
Our own control quality products division which consist of
a high qualified experts, working with the most recent chemical
analysis devices, (GC), the atomic absorption, HPLC, and spectrometer.
We prepare to get the ISO Certificate sooner.
